Tour De LDN

By 30th June 2019 May 8th, 2021 Musings

The thing I miss most about my hometown of London? Yes, I miss my family and friends but apart from that, what I miss most is the stream of exposure to arts and culture. My word, I miss the galleries, the talks, the always accessible buildings full of inspiration. Hull has it’s cultural hotspots but there’s no way that it can compete with the monster art scene in London.

I’m looking around to see what’s on during the time that I’m down for the Drawing Marathon at the Royal Drawing School. Looking to see where I can explore in the evenings and on the weekend…

Smoke and Mirrors: Psychology of Magic

So I’ve literally been searching for HOURS and the above is all I could come up with that is 1) interesting to me 2) is free (too many paywalls for my purse to handle) 3) opens late at least one weekday night 4) is actually showing something (loads of places seem in between shows). Little bit underwhelmed to be honest. Though I guess it’s for the best… I can imagine I’ll be shattered by the end of each day!!
